They began by producing their highly acclaimed Special Reserve Syrah and their award winning Special Reserve Cabernet Wines and aged each one separately in small American oak barrels for 13 months. They then blended small portions of each, allowing the Cabernet Sauvignon to display its berry, plum and blackberry notes while the Syrah exuded its powerful fruit aromas. Kosher For Passover Winemaker's Note Hints of bright fruit and white pepper combine with layers of plum, berry, and blackberry. Subtle oak notes also enhance the wine’s mouth-feel and flavor.
