General Information
Among the enchanting secrets that often escape aficionados of Cabernet
Sauvignon are the youthful nuances of character that are displayed
during the wine's infancy. These characteristics include a beautiful
purple color, a soft texture, a perceived sweetness on one's palate,
with fresh berry, cherry and floral aromas. In an effort to produce
the Jeunesse, a wine that exhibits this exceptional character, ripe
grapes were cold fermented in exclusively stainless steel tanks.
Hence, you will enjoy a wine that is pointedly "jeunesse" - which is
French for youthful, flavorful and fun. You can enjoy it slightly
chilled or at room temperature.
Kosher For Passover
Winemaker's Note
A Mevushal semi-sweet, red,containing long-lingering flavors of fresh
strawberries and raspberries giving it an invigorating character and
an fragrant berry aroma. Especially recommended with Full-flavored
beef, grilled chicken or cheeses.

The vintage date seems surprising for a Cabernet Sauvignon, but the
light-hearted name tells all. Fermentation and rearing happened in
steel. The large-scale Baron Herzog Wine Cellars in Oxnard,
California, which opened in 2005, suggests that it be drunk within
four years. Four minutes is more like it, because, bouncy,
straightforward and somewhat sweet, it is a marginally serious
breakaway from Manishewitzism. |
