Baron Herzog Central Coast Merlot grape are carefully selected to produce a wine with aromas of red cherries, strawberry jam and spice, with a rich mouth feel and finish. Enjoy Baron Herzog Merlot at room temperature with grilled lamb chops or roasted poultry. The wine is only lightly filtered and may form some sediment as it ages.
