After fermentation and an extended period in contact with the skins, the wine was matured in French oak wood casks for 14 months. The wine is a deep ruby red in color. Earthy, with an aroma of wild berries, tobacco and fresh herbs, it is full bodied with a long, well balanced aftertaste.
