General InformationCabernet Sauvignon grapes
were harvested from the Kayoumi Vineyard in the foothills of Mount
Meron in the Upper Galilee. Fermented in stainless steel in Carmel's
boutique winery in Zichron Ya'acov, the wine was aged for 17 months in
new and 1 year old French oak barriques. A rich purple in color, the
wine is complex, with rich fruit concentration featuring tar, smoke,
medium tannins and a medium length finish.
