Sauvignon grapes for this wine were cultivated in the Zarit vineyard,
Kadesh Valley, in the Upper Galilee. Picked at optimum ripeness at the
end of September 2002, the wine was matured for 14 months in French
oak barrels. This Cabernet Sauvignonhas a classic aroma of forest
fruits and a rich, oaky bouquet, with a hint of tobacco and tea.
