from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 40% Merlot grapes, this dry red
wine was aged in French and American oak barrels. The wine is a deep
purple in color with an aroma of blueberries and vanilla. It is
full-bodied with a long, well-balanced aftertaste. The Carmel wineries were established
in 1882. Today Carmel is Israel's leading producer of wines and
spirits, maintaining a careful balance between the traditional art of
