Dalton Cabernet has a dark ruby-red color with a lively aroma of cassis, berries, mint and shades of vanilla from the barrel. The wine is rounded with soft tannins and will age well. Serve at room temperature.

Winemaker's Note

This is a particularly fine and rare wine. Dalton made very little cabernet sauvignon in 2000 and no Reserve Cab, as a result the 2000 estate cab was outstanding. To the best of the winery's knowledge, these are the only remaining stocks to be found. The discerning customer should snap them up.
