Winemaker's Note

The Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a dark purple wine and is full of forest fruit, mint and eucalyptus characters. It was aged in brand new American and French oak barrels and allowed to mature for nearly two years. The barrel aging added more complexity with notes of vanilla, chocolate, liquorice and tobacco. The depth of color and complex aromas give an excellent indication of what this wine currently has to offer, and how it will develop in the bottle. This is a deep and complex wine for the sophisticated wines drinker, it is long on the palate, smooth and deeply satisfying.
