This wine was crafted from the finest Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested from one of the most sought-after vineyards in the Southeastern Australia winemaking district. The enchanting ruby red appearance, coupled with intense berry, blackberry and subtle oak aromas lead into a rich, full-bodied palate, filled with ripe fruit, cassis, anise and spice flavors. The deep complexity of this supple, velvety smooth Cab linger in one's mouth. This wine may be enjoyed now, but it will peak in 3-5 years. Keep the wine in a coool dry place to preserve quality. This food-friendly wine pairs unbelievably well with full-flavored steaks, roasts and stir-fried chicken.
