General Information

This dry red wine was produced from a blend of Merlot grapes grown in the Upper Galilee. After fermentation the wine underwent extended skin contact before being transferred to French Oak barrels for a maturation period of 14 months. The Merlot is a rich purple in color and has a splendid aroma of cassis, violets and bittersweet chocolate and is full bodied with a long well balanced aftertaste. In order to preserve its full potential, the wine was coarsely filtered prior to bottling and therefore natural sediment could appear during bottle maturation.
