General Information

Merlot grapes for this wine were cultivated in the Ben Zimra vineyard in the Upper Galilee and picked during the fourth week of September 2004. The wine was matured for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine is deep purple in color with aromas of plums, raspberries and spice. It is full bodied with a long well balanced finish.

Winemaker's Note
