General InformationThe
wildlife of ancient Israel is celebrated on the front labels of the
Noah/Hevron Heights Tevel wines. This wine features a Cabernet-Merlot
blend of 60 percent Cab and 40 percent Merlot. All grapes for this
wine comes from the Judean Hills around Jerusalem and it has been
barrel aged for 12 months in new French Oak. The Noah Tevel
Cabernet-Merlot is Mevushal, O-U Certified and also under the
supervision of the Badatz of Yoreh Deiah and the Rabbinate of Qiryat
Arba and Hevron. The grapes used in this and the other Tevel wines
have benefited from the warm sun of the Judean Mountains and the cool
gentle breezes coming from the Mediterranean, allowing the fruit to
reach its full potential. Look for ripe, concentrated fruit flavors
with hints of berries...
