Barkan Merlot Superieur 2000 Mevushal: No Alc/Vol: 13% Size: 750 ml Region: Israel Color: Red Varietal: Merlot Supervision: Circle K General Information This noble wine is the personal creation of Ed Zalsberg, who supervised the entire development from grape selection through bottling. The grapes were selected from our finest vineyards, picked by hand, fermented in small lots, and then vinified. This exceptional wine was aged in French oak barrels for 16 months and then stored for an additional 6 months after bottling to reach its perfect bouquet. The bottle is one of 900 cases produced. We suggest storing in a dark, cool place. Opening about a half hour prior to serving at room temperature is recommended.
