Weinstock Cellar Select Sauvignon Blanc has been produced from grapes
grown in the cool Central Coast region of California. This has created
a wine that displays the complex and unique aroma characteristic of
Sauvignon Blanc. Look for notes of lychee and ripe apple with hints of
melon and vanilla. This is a dry, crisp wine that may be enjoyed with
entrees such as grilled fish, lightly seasoned veal, light soups or
hard cheese. It is best served chilled. |
