Israel

General Information
Yarden Sauvignon Blanc was produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes with a
small portion of Semillon, both grown entirely in the Golan Heights.
The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal
conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. Aging in French
oak barrels adds a light toastiness to the already complex gruit and
herbaceous characters typical to the variety. To preserve the quality
of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark
place. Best served at about 50 degrees F.
